We at Ruh are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our fragrances. However, we understand that situations may arise where returns or refunds are necessary. Please review the following guidelines:
No Returns on Delivered, Opened, or Used Products
Due to hygiene concerns and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receipt.
Product Sensitivities
Our perfumes are crafted with a blend of natural extracts to enhance your experience. However, we are not liable for any reactions caused by sensitivities to specific ingredients. A patch test is strongly recommended before use.
Refund Policy
If you need to request a refund, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds or exchanges will be processed for damaged or defective products upon verification. Processing may take 4-7 business days.

Unboxing Video Requirement: To claim a refund or replacement for damaged, broken, or incorrect products, you must provide an unboxing video showing the product in its original packaging.

Contacting Us for Refunds: Email us at info@attarbyruh.com with a subject line like “Refund for [Order Number]” and include all necessary proof (photos, videos, etc.). Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Damaged Goods on Delivery: If your package is tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and notify us immediately for resolution.

Non-Delivery Issues: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status being updated. Claims after this period will not be eligible for refunds.

Delivery Charges: We provide free delivery across India.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible claims will be processed within 5-6 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the provided bank account within the same timeframe.
Return Policy
You may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: Products that are damaged, broken, leaked, or contain manufacturing defects may qualify for a return or exchange. These issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Missing or Incorrect Items: Claims for missing or incorrect items must be reported to our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos for verification.

Transit Damage: Notify us within 24-36 hours of receiving a damaged product due to transit. Refunds or exchanges will be processed after verification within 3-4 business days.
Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled at any time before they are dispatched from our warehouse. A payment gateway charge of 2% will be deducted for cancellation of prepaid orders.

After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. For prepaid orders returned to us after shipment, a handling charge of ₹75 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund for Canceled Orders
Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment account within 4-5 business days after cancellation approval.
